Ash Wednesday might seem intimidating and bizzare. Why would we want to put ashes on our foreheads, be reminded of our own impermanence, and then enter into 6 weeks of wilderness? In this episode, Chelsea and Dana talk about the importance of taking inventory of our lives and reflecting on those elements of life that are not serving us. How might we intentionally use this Lenten season to open our hearts so that God might reveal new insights which lead to transformation?
