You are invited to a standing meditation for this moment. From a grounded, solid foundation feel yourself rise like a tree that anchors its roots down into the dirt, the soil, and the rock of the great Creator. Into your sacred space, repeat the mantra “the earth is welcoming all of me, every part.” Can you connect to the center of the Creator’s earth? Can you feel yourself being hugged by God’s creation? Remind yourself that the earth welcomes everyone. How might you welcome every part of yourself and every part of God’s creation? Namaste.
